![]() ![]() ![]() It's the first time I've enjoyed doing a side quest in a long time. However, some of the side quests hold significance towards the future of the story or the past. I appreciate how the side quests are relatively small in comparison to the story. I teared up on a few scenes and got hyped as ♥♥♥♥ at the coolest ♥♥♥♥. The characters are fantastic, and the four main characters have taken me through a roller coaster of emotions. The Crossbell saga is probably my favourite arc of all the Legend of Heroes series. This is the fourth installment of the Legend of Heroes franchise, and I highly recommend playing the following games in order: I usually follow a trade of per 1 dollar - 1 hour, and I have exceeded it with this game. ![]() ![]() Despite the game being expensive, especially where I am, it is worth the full price. However, when I heard about the localization efforts for the western world, I decided to buy it again. Delve into the expansive lore that has become synonymous with the series, enjoy school life and bond with fellow students to earn new abilities in battle, take advantage of speedy, tactical turn-based combat with the newly-developed “ARCUS” system, and uncover dramatic events that stand to change everything these two opposing social classes stand for.I was initially hesitant to buy the game at first, having purchased the Japanese copy a few years ago with the Geofront translation. Taking place on the same continent as the fan favorite Trails in the Sky offshoot of Nihon Falcom’s storied The Legend of Heroes franchise, Trails of Cold Steel (Sen no Kiseki in Japanese) is the first in the series to tread Erebonian soil and explore the inner political conflicts of this oft-mentioned powerhouse nation in detail. ![]()
